 Hi, I'm Greg Montgomery.

I have 25+ years of experience in Asia & Europe and NZ, from the largest NZ company, specialist consultancies to innovative digital startups.

I am a seasoned technology leader with a consistent track record of delivering innovative solutions across a large number of industries from finance & manufacturing, casual gaming to video on demand (VOD).

I am focussed on working with leadership to build lean teams that just “work”; communicate effortlessly; thrive on creative ‘tension’ and are unified around delivering on the direction of your company.

I believe a technology strategy that is in synch with your customer experience and products is key. This strategy has to be accessible to everyone to enable collaboration around the “big picture” from Board level down to detailed system design and architecture with implementation/production teams.
